Had a really good time. It was a great and incredibly friendly hotel in a green area, just off the restaurant, the south shore of Nova Scotia, and Peggy's Cove. Greatly enjoyed the room with comfortable beds, my bed was comfortable. The staff was very amiable and professional, always there to help. The location was nice - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go...

The room I stayed in was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the surroundings.

We really enjoyed that even when we checked in late we still had the option of eating via delivery from local pizza place
We were really upset the next day when at 7:30am we went to the dining room for breakfast that no one bothered to explain about the buffet, we spent $3.00 for a coffee, same for tea, and same for 1 order of toast when for tiwce as much we both could have had a great breakfast. Not impressed so we went away feeling very unsatified with the service and when we complained at front desk, not even a I,m sorry didn't offer us nothing.

I liked the Resort Atmosphere, the accessability of everything. The tiki bartender "Ally" was very friendly and great to chat with.

The flourless chocolate cake at the restaurant is to die for and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the tether ball.
The ocean view rooms are extremely noisy due to location of the Wedding receptions - there was one each night we were there with thumping muic going late into the night. Also, we could not enjoy the balcony due to cigarette smoke from other balcony's drifting on to ours.

My wife and I stayed there for some holidays and loved it. The location next to the water was beautiful. The staff was exception. Food was excellent. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay..

Sensational and great breakfast a lot of meals.
Perfectly clean and fairly quiet units with a lovely view over the ocean. Marvellous and stunning location really close to the marina, the oceanside, and Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay, Blue Rocks and the Ovens in a decent area.

Very pleasant hotel with good facilities and a very comfortable and clean room. Conveniently located for the main highways while at the same time being based in a country setting. Would certainly return if in the area again.
The only slight drawback was that the WiFi in the room was very slow. This may have been due to room location, as this was much better in the reception area. We also made use of the hotels computer so this resolved the problem.
